Teri Downing, CPA - Partner

Teri is from New Castle and is a graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School.  She graduated with distinction from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She joined Reed & Company, P.C. in 1990 and is a Certified Public Accountant.  She is experienced with audits of not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans.  She also performs small business accounting including payroll, corporate, and partnership tax, and assists not-for-profit organizations with accounting and tax preparation.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Art Museum of Greater Lafayette and volunteers at her church.  Teri is married and has two children.
